Another lease transaction closed! This time the Advance Industrial Group at Bussel Realty Corp (BRC) represented San Antonio Broker Services and successfully finalized the lease for a 3.38-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) site at 9101 Tonnelle Ave in North Bergen, NJ.
